بنیاد شاهمامه که صرف نقش کار افتخاری در همکاری تهیهٔ آثار دارد، متعهد به حفظ محرمانگی محتوای کتاب‌ها در تعامل با صاحب‌امتیاز و نویسنده است.
همچنین، تمام مسئولیت حقوقی محتوای کتاب‌های منتشرشده توسط این نهاد، بر عهدهٔ نویسندگان/صاحبان امتیاز آن‌هاست.

 کار تخنیکی و چاپ توسط کمپنی تصویر صورت میگیرد و شاهمامه دخالتی در مسایل مالی آن ندارد. «تصویر» مسئول آماده‌سازی فنی و چاپ بوده و هیچ‌گونه مسئولیتی در قبال اصالت مطالب یا حقوق کپی‌رایت آن‌ها ندارد

Stichting Shahmama, which has solely an honorary role in the preparation of works, is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the book contents in its interactions with the rights holders and authors.

Furthermore, all legal responsibility for the content of books published through this foundation rests with the authors and/or rights holders.

The technical work and printing are carried out by the company Tasweer, and Shahmama has no involvement in the financial matters. Tasweer is responsible for the technical preparation and printing and bears no responsibility for the authenticity of the content or for copyright-related rights.
